Challenges
Our primary challenge was to gain a comprehensive and independent understanding of the current state of the product, in order to effectively chart the course for the future roadmap.
Another challenge involving the seamless integration of two distinct user interfaces for our clients' operation teams. This challenge required a comprehensive understanding of both the user experience and the underlying technological infrastructure.
Discovery
We utilized contextual inquiry and "Order Journey Mapping" to gain a clear understanding of our clients' needs and pain points, allowing us to create an actionable plan for improving the user experience and delivering a product optimized for efficiency and usability.
Ideation and Testing
Our ideation and testing process was an essential component in delivering a high-quality product that meets the needs and expectations of our clients and their end-users. Through this process, we were able to generate and refine new ideas and concepts, and test them rigorously to ensure their efficacy and feasibility.
Improvements
The implementation of a major architectural unification has enabled us to achieve consistency and scalability in both our user interface and database. This approach has simplified the user experience and made it easier for our clients to navigate our platform while reducing complexity.
